KEBIJAKAN PENERBITAN DAN SOP STR ELEKTRONIK TENAGA KESEHATAN SESUAI DENGAN JANJI LAYANAN TEPAT WAKTU

Abstract

One form of the role of the Indonesian Health Workers' Council (MTKI) and the National Pharmacy Committee
(KFN) facilitated by the Secretariat of the Indonesian Health Workers' Council (KTKI) in increasing the
understanding of Health Workers regarding the issuance of electronic Registration Certificates (e-STR) and
disseminating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) issuance of e-STR for Health Workers on Time
according to Service Promises. STR is written evidence given by the Council of each health worker to
registered health workers. Based on Law Number 36 of 2014 concerning Health Workers, article 44 states in
paragraph 1 that every health worker who practices professionalism is required to have an STR. Every health
worker who intentionally carries out their professional practice without having an STR as referred to in Article
44 paragraph (1) shall be subject to a maximum fine of Rp. 100,000,000.- (One Hundred Million Rupiah).
Currently the Council for each Health worker has been established by Presidential Decree 2022, so that with
the support of the KTKI Secretariat which provides technical and administrative support to all elements within
the KTKI environment and one of its functions in point 2 is to carry out facilitation in the field of Health worker
registration. Certification is an acknowledgement of the competence of Health Workers to be able to practice
their profession throughout Indonesia after passing the Competency Test. In order to have a Health Worker's
STR, it is required to have a diploma and competency certificate. STR is written evidence of Health Workers
who have registered. Every health worker who practices in the field of health services is required to have a
license granted in the form of a Practice Permit.
